Thesis: It is important that we, as individuals, societies, and as a species, maintain a continuity of thought that can be replicated, if even in poor facsimile, via reading, hearing, or otherwise experiencing the intended thoughts of the author in that time and space, and thereby the past.

On a large scale: This is the intended purpose of philosophy, literature, and art, and to a different extent, it is the purpose of the natural sciences as an inclusive whole. Culture creates its own ripples and reflections.

On a small scale: It is important for each and every one of us to create a body of work that represents us and reflects us for the future, as well as to most positively experience our own lives, so as to leave a pleasant figure for future minds to look back on.

On a personal scale: This means we must journal, or we must write, or we must take photos, or make art, or something every day. There cannot be an uncaptured time if you want to leave a clear vision of yourself and your experiences to look back upon. No zero days.

Continuity of High Thought:

The need for a term that encompasses the foundations upon which we perceive the world around us, and form structures and constructs to make a society which looks a certain way. The ideas that shape our society fundamentally. The ever deepening arguments of human experience, and the deepening divide between man-in-the-sky theists, and the rest of those less certain of what they know. The language and ancestors of thought we examine and revere enough to be the core fundamentals of truth. The Archaeology of Thought that allows us to recapture how previous humans may have perceived and experienced the world. Finally, the sudden emergence of a much more cohesive than ever before global consciousness, which now has the function of revealing to us all the way we live within deep cultural pools limited by systemic divides meant only to control. High thought must be the unconscious or conscious comprehension of a totality not even somewhat summed up by any individual source. High thought is synthesis and re-synthesis, education and reeducation. High thought is collective consciousness passed through individual minds. Consciousness passed on through generations of recombination and environmental alteration, creating a unique understanding of a unique world, which is always new; Always growing and evolving. Like a moss or a mold, but far more complex and self aware. The process of understanding and becoming a member of this neural network of collective human evolution, no matter how it takes shape. This concept is High Thought: The evolution of humanity. One final evolution being the end of the human experiment: One dominant ideology on planet earth. If we want our own thoughts to survive or have impact, we must perpetuate them, replicate them, and constantly rephrase or update them, accepting credible new information for what it is at all times, in order to remain understood, and in line with the nature and future of the world around you; in order to remain in line with justice.

If we maintain our own continuity of High Thought, and become a part of the stream or flow of our local and larger bodies of higher thought. We can contribute to the future of our organisms. If you think your culture, whatever it is, represents you or deserves representation, try not to be a dead cell in a living body.

Maintaining this connectedness with the flow of collective consciousness is what allows us to know what is right and wrong to the organism that you are a part of, and to know our roles.
